Testing process

If your qualification and your technical skills suite to job specification for any vacant position, we will contact and inform you about the date and time of testing in advance. All applicants write 30 minute IQ tests. If your grade is passing you will be contacted for the second stage of testing, which checks knowledge of foreign languages and MS office. In case of some special vacancy requirements, you may need to pass the additional professional test.

Interview

If you pass successfully all stages of testing the individual interview will be conducted with you.

Results

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted after two weeks. After passing all stages successfully you will negotiate with the company’s management about the working conditions. All selected employees will be hired for probationary period from 1 to 3 months.
